Requested a mandatory consideration

Hi all been reading some posts and wondered if anyone could clear something up ... if I have a mandatory Reconsideration In the works (no letter received ) can they lower my points on a Mr or is that all done on appeal ?

HiYes, it's possible to lose points and gain them but mostly the decision stays the same.0
