how long wait is it once u have applied fpr a reconciliation from pip till u get a answer.. And is it a high success rate that win it when applying for a reconciliation

There's no time scales to any decision. It can take 8 weeks or more to hear anything back.Only 18% of MR decisions change so it's highly likely you'll have to take it to Tribunal as most people do. Waiting times for Tribunals can be as long as 1 year in some areas. Definitely not a quick process.0
