Help with ESA form

I have a very dear friend who is on esa and he as just had a form to fill in again for assessment this is really pushing him to the limit. Can you give me some advice with these forms plwae

Sorry what your friend is going through.
I would advise speak to CAB your local office. Filling out forms they can help and advise your friend. You want the right and correct information.
I use them for form filling in. Benefits are complex and confusing so I would speak to them. They have expertise and knowledge.
Please ask if we can advise and help on anything. Some one will know. From our community or a member of our team.

Hi,Please be aware of the time frame for returning that form. There's no extension of time for returning the ESA form and it must be received no later than the date on the letter. If it's not received your friends money may stop.CAB can't always fit people in for appointments before forms have to be returned. Take a look at this link to see what else is in their area just in case CAB can't help.Or there's a guide here for help with filling in the form.
