Hi, I’m new hear. I’m feeling very anxious. I had my pip f2f on Tuesday and received a text today (48 hours later) from DWP saying they had received my f2f assessment. My f2f assessment took 20 mins. It all seems very quick and really worried about it all.

Hi @maya605, and a warm welcome to the community!
Well done on getting through the assessment. The waiting time can feel difficult, but try not to worry and focus on your wellbeing instead. How long the appointment lasts can vary hugely and doesn't seem to be related to what award you may get.
In the meantime, do feel free to get involved with our discussions!0 -
That is over with. There can only be two outcomes fail or win.maya605 said:Hi, I’m new hear. I’m feeling very anxious. If you accept that you will fail in any event and move on with your life any decision better than that will come as a pleasant shock.
That is how I viewed my PIP assessments - what is the worst that could happen.
I carried on with my life and adjusted how we live - ie planning for the worst but hoping for something better.
