Received pip after it was suspended

hello,
my pip was stopped on the 10th of dec. I placed a mandatory reconsideration, they said I could send in evidence, which I did and after this my pip came through this month. But I haven’t received any letter or correspondence saying it has been reinstated.
is this normal procedure?

Hi,Sorry but it's not clear why it was suspended, did you have a review and you were refused, which meant your PP stopped? Did the mandatory reconsideration change the decision and you were awarded? Have you received the decision letter?0
