Had my tribunal hearing today. I seem so tongue tied. It went ok. But i was nervous but truthful.
At the end they said they will send decision by post.
SO now I am a wreck. Thinking they will deny me.
But i won't put myself through it again.
THEY stopped my p.i.p. last year February. Now I am so worried.
SO guys any reply by post to me seems bad

Waiting is utter torture, isn't it? I can only offer sympathy and suggest that you try out all the recommendations for relaxing this evening and tonight. I don't know if you're the sort of person who finds it helpful to assume the worst and plan what you'll do when it happens? I know some people do find that helpful. Otherwise I guess the best is to try and forget it until it happens - not easy. Best wishes and good luck!1
