Hi everyone im new here i suffer with depression and anxiety and at the moment im in such a state i dont know what to do anymore.

    I am one of the team of community champions on the forum. We guide, advise and help new members who join.

    I suffer with mental health myself.

    One of the team has already given you some links.

    Are you receiving any support with your mental health? Have you spoken to your Doctors?

    Please may I suggest try to speak to your Doctor for support and guidance.

    Also may I advise have you been on line for support. Such as mental health charities something else to look at.

    I use mental heath charities myself.  Used this one last time

    Im taking paracetamol like sweets! The doctor has given me patches now but my back is still in agony x

    I'm sorry to hear about your pain @Welshgirl60, do be careful with your medication dosages! I wonder if you've considered being referred to a pain clinic?

    Hiya pippa i have been referred to a pain clinic but I've got to wait for an appointment dont know how long it will take
