Can anyone advise on this....
I've just had my letter through from DWP confirming my new PIP award. The award is described as 'ongoing' and will be reviewed in 2028.
During this period I will turn 65, when I understood I am not eligible for PIP (I'm assuming because I would previously have reached state pension age0
Any ideas?

Hi,Great news on the length of the award. Your thoughts are incorrect. You'll continue to claim PIP past state pension age for as long as you qualify for it. The age rules don't apply for existing claims.1
