in Start here and say hello!
Hi, I’m a 51 yr old woman. I suffer from, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease and Plantar fasciitis.
The disc disease is excruciating, I find walking is hard because the pain in my lower back and not sure if fibro makes it worse.

    Yes I have also had “Chronic Pain” since 2005.
