Hi I also have fibro and it is definitely a disability. I don't know if you know there are 261 symptoms of fibromyalgia which covers every part of the body. I sometimes wonder if I have some of the symptoms of ME too as there are a lot of similarities.
Take care x1 -

Hi @fowlers6, and a w warm welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear about your pain. Members are welcome to discuss their medication however they cannot provide medical advice as per our community guidelines. It's good to hear you have an appointment with your GP, and I really hope you find something that works for you.1 -
Apart from meds I try different forms of mindfulness and distraction therapy which can work at times. Right now I’m going through bad flare ups so I’m looking into ways of helping this with my doctor., I’ve been on the same meds for years and I think your body gets used to it. So I do my research online and go to my doctor with notes and meds so I am prepared in advance. Then they know I’m serious lol good luck and inbox me if you wish to @fowlers60
