Hi there im 45 and suffer from fibromyalgia im curently on esa and have just had my mandatory reconsideration for pip declined im so frustrated x

Hi @magsmary and welcomeAlas it is not unusual for MR not to change a decision, your next step is to appeal to tribunal where the success rate if you attend is around 70%0

Me too magsmary apparently I'm not breathless enough I'm going to appeal after all there are people on pip who are in a certain pub at 8am in the morning drinking 7daysa week this pub is behind the dwp offices I'm sure the money isn't meant to get you to the pub and back genuine people don't stand a chance this isn't hearsay its true1
