The evidence should state how your conditions affect you and not just a diagnosis. Expect a face to face assessment as most people have them, it's rare to have a paper based assessment.

Hi to get pip you have to be suffering severely and be in great pain on a daily basis. If it only affects you occasionally and mildly there will be no chance of getting it. You would also need a proper diagnosis from a specialist, such as a rheumatologist and a plan of treatment.
