in Start here and say hello!
I’v been on warfarin for 15 years for a mechanical aortic valve. I’m 64 years old and have been on heparin for surgery a few times. My target INR is 2.5 - 3.0. I self test but do not set my own dosage. Thanks for letting me join the community.
