From personal experience there is no disability friendly dating apps, nor can I say that all of them are safe.
Plus with most of the dating apps today, they expect some sort of payment for you to see who has liked you or to send a message.0 -
Hello! This is an ongoing issue and one which is being looked at because there are definitely some gaps! There are one or two that are starting to spring up now - there's Happily which is a new one but it's London based at present. Whereabouts are you? (Roughly!)1

Righty ho - park that one with me and let me go and ask. Have you heard of Supported Loving? This is something that's come up lots of times at our network meetings - the lack of safe, accessible dating agencies (that don't cost a small fortune) for people who have autism, or other additional communication or social needs. I will go and post the question in our group and come back to you ASAP.

This seems to be a safe site. Not used it myself, but gets good reviews.

Seems to be mostly London based.
