I've complained to dwp fraud

Hello, I just got off the phone with dwp fraud line where they happily took a fraud complaint against my pip assessor who lied entirely on the report (creating a false instrument) I think everyone in that situation needs to do similar rather than making a complaint to the assessment company. If we can make an example of these professional liars it may help prevent future assessors ruining our futures.

I will but I'm not complaining, I worked for gov before and know that complaints get swept under the rug, I'm reporting a crime - creating and using a false instrument. My hope is it will be successful against the assessor and it makes an example to the others.2

Good for you! I did exactly the same when I had an ESA assessment by a so-called 'Nurse' who lied, fabricated and quite literally made things up on the spot. Based upon Her assessment I was awarded ZERO points, even though my medical condition is life-long and I've been on DLA (now PIP) for many years. I reported Her to DWP and was reinstated immediately with the appropriate points.
I think it's appalling how many people are suffering at the hands of these scoundrels. It's almost as if they have made their decisions even before the assessment takes place, and they dismiss accurate diagnosis provided by PROFESSIONAL experts, specialists, consultants and PROPER Dr's etc., and they seem to think that they know best about anything & everything about a persons illness and health, when in fact they know the square root of Jack Nothing.
To make matters worse, you don't even receive an apology, and the 'Nurse' is allowed to continue dishing out her drivel to another unfortunate soul. These people should face disciplinary action at the very least, as you cannot tell me that they don't behave like this with any other person that they supposedly 'assess.'

It's s disability hate crime and should be treated as hate crime.
If they behaved like that to someone because of their skin colour or religion theyd be charged with hate crime.
Only hate against disabled people is disregarded2 -
Hi people a quick update...
The dwp DIDN'T take the report but Action Fraud did. They are the people who take reports of fraud for the city of London police who now deal with all fraud
PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING AND SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS IN SAME SITUATION
Call them on 03001232040 to report the fraud by the assessor and then ask that report to be linked to mine, my crime number isNFRC 190402928089
If more and more people actually report this crime rather than simply make a complaint I believe we can start forcing the issue and set a presidence for this crime to not go undetected and acted on.
PLEASE share this with anyone who has had a false report generated by those people formally known as ATOS.
