    Thank you for the warm welcome I only got diagnosed wit my condition at 30 any help bout information would be great

People on the community can help with specific queries or adaptions that can be of use to you. We also have discussion boards like the coffee lounge where it can be a more relaxed chat about anything :) please let us know if there is anything else we can do!
