I've had serious chronic pain

Hi, I have a question nobody seems to be able to answer. I had a blackout in 2015, I fell and landed flat on my back and featured multiple vertebrae. 5 vertebrae in my thoracic spine. I was in a brace for two years. Since then I've had serious chronic pain that radiates from the middle of my spine around the bottom of of each shoulder blade. I had x-rays and MRI scan recently. They said that the fractures have healed okay but they sometimes don't know why people get pain still. It was sort a thanks for nothing thing so I've been referred to a specialist pain management team. Like a lot of people I've tried everything there is to try for back pain. Acupuncture, creams etc. Chiropractors can't touch me without me going through the roof. I have a brace I put on that sort of helps. It's like kidney belt thing. I take painkillers but they don't really do much. It's extremely disabling and hard to explain. It's like toothache in your back. The whole sometimes they don't know why people experience pain thing wasn't exactly helpful so I'm going around in circles. It's like you think maybe they missed something but it was a spinal injury specialist that did the MRI. I have no idea what to do because it rules your life almost. I can't walk very far without back pain. I can't sit or stand for very long without back pain. I have no idea what to do about it. I don't know if anyone else has this problem.
