Cerebral Palsy and learned dyspraxia

I have cp and I learned after graduating from university that I had learned dyspraxia.  I was diagnosed with learned dyspraxia by an educational psychologist in the late nineties.  I was recently told that if you have cp you are not considered dyspraxic as it is part of the condition.  Has anyone else been told this by a dyspraxic practitioner?  I am looking for resources and information to help me cope with this unseen part of my disability in everyday situations including the workplace?  Please let me know if you know of any articles, books etc that have been helpful to you.  Thanks.
