Pip assessment

My house suffers with serval health conditions and obv he has days where the flare up are worse making it impossible for him to function, when he was in his assessment the lady who done the assessment was being very rude and arguement he struggle with learning disability aswell so trying to explain things to others is hard for him, he was explain excatly what they were asking she just wasnt understanding him, is there anything anyone recommend or suggest he can do?

Have you had the decision from the assessment yet?
If so, and he's not been awarded any PIP then the next step is a Mandatory Reconsideration. You can do this in writing (recommended instead of telephone) which may be easier for yourselves. This must be completed and returned to the DWP within a month of the decision though so don't leave it too long.0 -
