Hello. As you should know PIP is a benefit to help with your daily living activities in relation to the PIP descriptiors, having scored 0 points at your assessment hoping your illnesses, diagnosis would get you an award was not a good idea, surly when you filled the application form in you must have an idea of what you would be likely to get regarding your abilities in relation to the PIP descriptiors. The only advice I can offer is sorry but you may well be disappointed with the tribunal decision.

    Hi,

You should be concentrating on where you think you should score those points and your reasons why and not any contradictions in the report. Any extra evidence you have should have already been sent to the Tribunal.

You will need to speak for yourself during the hearing and you'll be asked questions about your conditions. Sometimes it's not always possible for them to make a decision on the day, if this happens they'll write to you with the decision within a couple of days.

    Good luck.

Often assessors are incompetent and biased.  Whereas tribunals are competent and impartial.  Which is why 73% of appeals succeed.

    Congrats, sarrah!
