pip assessment report

hello everyone.
hope you all well.
i have just got my 

pip assessment report

and the pip descriptors are with it i have been able to count up the points that was in the report  looks like 8 point for activity and 8 points for  mobility  ,   do you think this would this indicate that i am going to get pip .?

    How many pages was the report please? I've just requested mine and the man on the phone said it was 25 pages long but wouldn't give me any other details.
    Does the assessor write a recommendation at the end?
