Just been sent this link. A very short film 'The Spoon Theory' a metaphor explaining reduced mental and physical energy due to chronic illness. ...There's an excellent article in Wikipedia of the the 'Spoon Theory'..Here's the link to the film, hope it works...

    This is great, thank you @jackie005, I really feel your exhaustion. I only wish my children would share their spoons with me, they really don't understand.  I will try to show them your film to see if that may shed some light for them.
