Hi, I sent my DLA-PIP claim form in 4 weeks ago. I sent it recorded delivery, so I know it has been received.
Should I have heard back yet?
Thanks x

Hi,Backlogs are long in most areas and sometimes it can take 6-10 weeks just to receive a text message saying they received your form, providing you put a mobile number down on the claim form.Although mail isn't classed as arriving until it's been added to the computer then i'm sure by now you would have heard something if they hadn't received it.0
