Who should I ask at my new work about reasonable adjustments?

    Can I ask what sort of work you do and in what size of business, this can affect who you should speak too.

    What sort of work do you do? How big is the company?

    Examples of reasonable accommodations include:
    A lowered desk
    A modified work schedule
    A work coach
    A notebook 
    A wheelchair ramp 
    A change in mindset 

    Talk to HR, they might be able to help.

    It really depends on the type and nature of your disability, there are so many both visible and invisible disabilities, each of which require different adjustments and accommodations. it really depends on your personal limitations and how you are best able to work around them.
