How long does a mandatory reconsideration decision take.
Will I receive notification that they have received it.
Thanks

Hi,There's no timescales, they can take as long as they want to be honest. A decision for anything depends on backlog in your area. Only 20% of MR decisions change, so be prepared to take it to Tribunal. If you haven't heard anything in about 5-6 weeks then give DWP a call to see what's going on.I've never heard of anyone having notifications for receiving the MR request but i could be wrong.0

Thank you for your reply .
That is what I thought, just wanted to make sure.
I am prepared to have to fight, for what is right.
Thanks

There's no need to post the same comment multiple times because it's classed as spamming. I also answered you on your other thread and my reply is here.https://community.scope.org.uk/discussion/63905/pip-assessment#latest

Hi @norfolkcrystal and welcome to the community! When did you request the appeal? I hope you're not waiting too long, but unfortunately there are no timescales.
If there is anything we can help you with then please do let us know.0
