Hi wondering if anyone could help please.
a year ago i applied for esa and i was on the assessment phase until they decided i was fit for work etc i appealed and waited a year for tribunal which i had 3 weeks ago and won. i was put into the support group but the letter they gave hasn't really given me much info other than that i've heard nothing for 3 weeks it's causing alot of stress. to add i was receiving no income since they stopped it so over a year now. will i recived a letter soon? any help greatly appreciated thankyou

Hi,Great news! It can take 8 weeks to receive backdated money and to put your award into payment after a Tribunal win. Hopefully you'll hear something soon.0
