Hi got a letter yesterday from DWP after sending of my daughters assessment medical form 4 weeks ago. It states she will be staying in the support group which she has been in since claiming ESA for many years.
But this time the letter says she will never have to have an assessment again unless her condition changes which it never will so i guess she will never be bothered by DWP again.
Has anyone else ever had this said to them by DWP?

Hi,That's great news! This means that she's been placed into the severe conditions group. This is new ESA criteria that was announced in September 2017 for those already in the support group.
