Evidence/Medical records for new PIP claim

Anyone can explain about evidence/medical records during PIP claim.
Everything must be only before date when I placed new claim?
Can I add extra evidences/medical records any time while awaiting decision from DWP?
For example if I place new claim on 1st November, and during November/December I visit GP or doctors and receive new medical records.
Can I use these records or DWP ignore everything from 2nd November?

    You can provide any additional medical evidence you receive after 2nd November and up to the decision.

    Thanks you for answer.
    I want to contact PIP centre and ask for claim form, but I expected extra treatment within next few weeks. So I expecting extra evidences to support my PIP claim.
    My previous claim (November 2018) was rejected. DWP and Capita  stated that not enough evidences.
    My assessment report content shocked me, but Capita answered that assessor very busy and can't recall exactly information about assessment.
    Also assessment report  not designed to show everything about what I talking during assessment. So assessor can include information or exclude from report.
    Later they can't remember nothing about assessment.
    Everything very simple.
    During new claim I want eliminate all previous problems.
    Already obtained interview recorder.
    Received additional medical records.
    Received support letter from my employer.
    Analyze everything why I after DLA reassessment to PIP I was not awarded PIP.
    Unfortunately local CAB advisor not helped properly during last claim and my case was bad represented during Tribunal hearing.
    Someone on forum talking that Appeal Tribunal - Independent. But Independent not mean that they can make adequate decision.
