I got a text message today reminding me to attend my assessment on 12th Nov. Firstly i have not recieced a letter about this and secondly my appointment is at 2.30pm and as my daughter drives me everywhere in my mobility car and this time is not suitable for her as she has kids to get out school at 3pm plus has to get to her work after that. My question is can you tell me who i contact about this as i dont have letter so dont know my next step. Thank you very much for your help. M.

I'm so sorry to hear this @maza! I sounds like you have had a lot going on. I can see why you'd find it very stressful. I hope Tuesday goes okay and please do let us know!
