Sorry I’ve had upper court judge overturn first tier decision and Dwp has agreed there was an error in law. What happens next does anyone know what happens next0

Sorry but i'm not sure what you mean by "DWP has agreed there's an error in law" this will have nothing to do with DWP. They should have told you what happens next.Have the UTT made a decision on your claim or have they referred it back to the first tier Tribunal? If it's been referred back then you'll need to wait for a new hearing date with a different panel.0
