Recently my wifes BB was about to expire and her PIP award was up for renewal. As for many of you a BB is an essential but without the automatic qualification the only option was to apply directly to our local council. The process was very easy to do online and with supporting evidence she received her badge withi four weeks. Still waiting for her PIP award but at least she has her Blue Badge
