Reasonable adjustments

Good morning all. I'm normally giving advice as a scope champion but I'd like some advice. I recently had a bullying/descrimination issue and I am moving from a physical job to a desk job.
Any advice for reasonable adjustments. I have asked for a sit stand desk. A good chair. Going to mention erganomic keyboard and mouse as I have carpal tunnel but my main issues are Ankylosing Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia.
Thanks.

Hi @AnkyieSpon I'm sorry to hear about your recent issue at work but I'm glad that you are getting reasonable adjustments made.
You may have seen this, but this Scope page on Reasonable Adjustments may help: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/reasonable-adjustments-at-work/ and this guide about your rights, and giving examples may also help too: https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/multipage-guide/employment-workplace-adjustments
I hope this information is useful to you!1 -

Thank you @Chloe_Scope and @arichmond I will have a read. I am hopeful as our new boss seems to be more on top of issues then the last one.

Hi @AnkyieSpon and thank you for your post.
In addition to all the fab resources above, I think it is good to be as specific as possible in regards to what adjustments you need. For example, what kind of chair? Does it need to be more firm or soft? Do you need lumbar support? Does the height and back need to be adjustable?
I hope you get the adjustments you need and enjoy your new role. Do let us know how you get on!
