I had my ESA medical 12 weeks ago and have not heard back from them .medical doctor sent my medical straight back to DWP on same day I had it so why DWP not got back in touch anybody no with my result of medical thanks danny

Hi,There's no timescales for any decision. Backlogs are just part of the reason a decision can be delayed. Requesting a copy of the assessment report will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report.
