Hi, I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone out there.
I'm doing some research into the failure rates of composite wheel locks used on many chairs, TiLite, etc. There are a few manufactures as well.
If you've had a composite wheel lock fail (it is usually the spring that breaks) could you let me know the following so that I can add it to the information I have?
Make of Wheelchair
Make of Wheel Lock
Length of time in use until failure
I have had three failures in three years. Other than the spring breaking the wheel locks are OK.
Thanks
Ray

            What about a survey @RayS?
Questions to ask:
What make of wheelchair is it?
What type of lock do you have?
How long did you use it for?0 -
            Great idea, will do.

            Hi,

If you've had composite wheel locks on your wheelchair could you complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/2QYYRLF
The survey is to check the durability and reliability of these wheel locks.
Thanks
Ray

Many thanks for the advice. I'd missed the list of available discussion boards.
Now in the right place!
Kind regards
Ray
