in Start here and say hello!
This is the first time I've posted on here. I have suffered for many years from depression and anxiety. I'm finally getting some help with that side of things. However I have broken my back and the physical limitations this has caused is very new to me. I'm having trouble getting the support I need so I thought I'd join your community. I'm feeling very isolated at the moment, so I thought a bit of company on-line would be great for me. I'm mostly bed-resting so I have a lot more time to be on-line too :-)
