Hi, I had injured my spine, had spine cord channel decompression, disectomy. I had a job. Advised get PIP. I applied. Now the tribunarel. Began 17 07 19. I have DDIC helping me. Now told court will take up to a year or more. I since have paraesthesia and arthritis now. Lumps, swellings on my body.
All over. On tramadol amitriptylin doxepin, atopic excema. All this last few years. I am 63. Assessesor horrid. Now PIP say. I am not on pain medication, or ongoing consultations Dr Casha sees me yearly. More if need. He put me on Spinal Injuries  Register.  And advised I take tramadol. I am always in pain. I did army and firebrigade, carer 30 years. Plus I got COPD 3 years now. inhaler lungs. Stairs, hills struggle. 2nd floor flat. No good now. Trying for bungalow. Orbit tenant. So maths is court etc. in 2021
ish. It's all terrible. The govern mentioned must change Atos IT Consultant's. I have no family PIP bloke said most folk give up post 1st PIP refusal. Most are denied. my tendons are retracting. Bent fingers.

    Hi @Southgate63 - Welcome to this very supportive community. I am very sorry to read about all you have gone through, & hope my friend thespiceman has given you some reassurance in that there are organizations that should be able to help you.
    Sadly the waiting lists for tribunals is indeed a long one, but this gives you time to look into where you should have gained points, stating why, with local advice. The best chance of success is to appear in person, with a success rate of your appeal being over 70% if you also have representation. It is also a good idea to let go of any errors that were mentioned in your PIP report, & concentrate on your future tribunal instead, if you could try.

    Hi,  the tribunarall PIP from 08/2019 1st try, now 2021, blimey eh. And now rhuematism. Fast spleading.  3 years, got COPD, atopic excema,  smashed my spine. Meds ++++. 13/01/20, blood test,  see what type arthritis. My parasthesia makes me a tad unsteady. PIP do not know I have arthritis yet. DDIC represent me.
