Hi,
I wondered if anyone knows the answer to a query I have.
When the completed PIP review gets sent in to the DWP, is it then compared to my original PIP 2 form, or against the HCP assessors previous report? (PA4).

    Hi,

    It is sent to the health assessment providers who should look at the previous PIP2 form and assessment report, at least they did for my daughters PIP review. You should still expect another face to face assessment because most people have them, it's rare to have a paper based assessment, even for a review.

    Ok.  Thank you @poppy12345 for your swift reply.  Much appreciated.  So it seems both.

    My needs havn't changed much.  So I wrote similar to last time, although tried to explain it more accurately this time on the descriptors that I thought I should've scored on but didn't last time.
