For anyone who is unsure how to start the conversation with employers then here is an article that looks at talking about disability as a job interviewee.1 -
Heck yes I own it! I have X and I'm rockin' it, look at me go!I bring it up early as I'm hard of hearing and little adjustments can make such a big difference. I'm always worried that my hearing issues will be interpreted as rude or uncaring so I like to point it out asap to avoid that.1
