Hi everyone...
My 5 year old daughter who hasn’t been diagnosed yet with ASD but is in the process hasn’t been in school since the Christmas break. Her sensory issues got worse from Christmas on. She couldn’t wear her school uniform or any socks or shoes. And after a few days she couldn’t wear pants or trousers, anything touching her waist bother her. She wears now onesies, but just got 2 that don’t bother her and today was all day wrapped in a blanket. Anyone has experienced the same?
thanks ?

Hi @Katy752 - Welcome to the community, & thank you for joining. I'm sorry about the difficulties you're having with your little girl, & unfortunately I don't have any answers. However I wonder if it might be an idea to contact the National Autistic Society to see if other parents have had similar problems & may be able to advise. See: https://www.autism.org.uk/I hope you find some answers soon & please do chat here any time.

Hi @Katy752 and welcome to the Community. It is nice to meet you and thank you for sharing with us. I am sorry to hear of your wee girl's struggles at the moment. I don't have anything to add myself. Just that we are all here to support you on the Community should you need it, so please stay in touch and let us know how you are both getting on. If there is anything at all we can help/support you with then you only just have to ask. All the best.
