My pip tribunal is in 2 weeks, Being a pensioner i am with age UK. Unfortunately that can’t send someone to go with me.I only have a partner who is housebound. Wil i be penalised for going alone. As i stated there is no one to go with

HI,No, going alone will not go against you. They always prefer to see you in person so that you can tell them how your conditions affect you. Good luck.0

Hi going alone will not go against you, you are the one that will have to do the speaking and answer the questions anyway unless you have a representative or appointee. I went alone to mine and was successful

Hi Poppy, Thanks for your reply,I only mentioned this because when i went to the assessment i went alone. In my report Atos said i was well enough to attend alone. I didn’t know what to make of it
