MY ARROW WORDS PUZZLE BOOKS

Hello every one a reason to be cheerful. My sub for Arrow words had arrived.
Love doing these helps me to relax and the CD player omitting cool vibes during the evening.
Otis, Etta, Marvin, Shirley, Marlene, and my own favourite guys and gals of the soul time.
Or morning time after breakfast some me time listening the radio . Classic FM.
Did you know doing word puzzles, crosswords helps memory and concentration, helps with wellbeing to relax. Be stress free.
One thing must remember to be concentrated on these.
Last time made a error four words last two IT . Found at the bottom of a birds cage.
Used an eraser to rub out the answer I had put haaa.
Cant help it lol..

Japanese numbers puzzle is it not. How is that pronounced? Sod U Kay lol not good with Japanese.
Good to do this anyway because helps the mental state.
Missed them obtained a yearly sub and as rarely anything now on TV, best sleep ever.
Do a puzzle fall off the sofa and into bed, lol.

Hi @thespiceman, yes it's a Japanese number puzzle. Although I've heard it pronounced suh-dow-koo or suh-duw-koo, so who knows!

Aw man, I LOVE arrow words! The only problem I have with them...My girlfriend does them all before I get the chance!
Being unable to get out much, I often sit in the car with music on, just doing arrow words (or crosswords if I can;t find incomplete arrow words...which is often). One of the most relaxing activities I partake in
May I ask what subscription you have, and where from? Sounds like I might need to look into it ^^

Hello @Chloe_Scope Great keeps me calm and relaxed which is important right now.
Does help most evenings as too depressing.
With the all the media stories my music on and some funky Motown, Stax and anything else when doing them.
Found some new CD's on line more Jazz influenced Soul and dance.
Sixties from the Flamingo Club and much more lots of it good to help the stress.
Passes the time.

Hope are you coping ?
The music is on now will do puzzles in-between tasks.
Morning wake up do one just helps mentally routine I do. Then after meals or night time before bed helps to sleep if I can.

I'm not too bad thanks @thespiceman! I'm used to working in a quiet house so it is an adjustment now all my family are in.

Anything else mental health and coping methods.
Using these for routines does help.
Need to be organised. If I did not have a routine.
Be a boring lonely day. Helps to be mentally alert and my healing.
Have lapses and forgetful.
Awful when that happens, so have to plan and use strategies.
Diary and lists, stocklist useful right now.
