Can anyone relate?

I have a son who is 7 and been on the neurodevelopmental pathway being assessed for autisim and adhd for ova 4years now and still no further on with a diagnosis. Also he has sensory processing disorder. Looking for anyone who can relate that i can talk to!!!!
