Anxiety about going out on my scooter

Hi @Saffy
One of the things I tried which worked successfully was to ask for a member of staff to help me when I went into a big store like Tesco. Is it possible to do that? You could then ask all those questions and even mention the problem with punctures.

Saffy I know what you mean depression can make you lonely. I have two beautiful daughters and husband but when I'm in that dark place its lonely. Did you go to a Club before lockdown? Or have a hobby. Sometimes having an activity you enjoy helps you. I would love to meet up with you when lockdown is more relaxed. I will pray for you Saffy.

Wini1960 said:Hi Chloe_Scope thank you so much. I take amitriptyline at night and I sleep peacefully but some days my back spasms can be so severe in the day time. Hopefully together with my physiotherapist I can manage my pain better.0

If I have a problem I always look for a way to solve it, and usually do. But just now I haven't got the energy to even try. Everything is a struggle. To admit things is to explain them and I just can't go through any more explaining, I'm so tired of it. I don't think it's depression. I've lost my oomh!1 -

I hear you @Saffy. Sounds like you have a good coping mechanism and people warm to that. I'm really sorry you are struggling just now though and hope you find your 'oomh' soon again.1
