    Hiya everyone,......found you again, thanks Lou for opening this thread.... I agree katho I felt down at the end of yesterday. My feeling is, it’s nice to chat with friends who have been through all the stress of paperwork etc and need to loosen up and have a chat xxx

    Aww hiya yeah definitely I’m glad we have this to speak to each other, I didn’t get a call back but I’m not giving up I’m phoning back tomorrow, plus I emailed in a complaint xx
