I have degenerative disc problems, stenosis of lower and upper spine as well as fibromyalgia.

    Hi @Scotduck - & welcome to this friendly & supportive community. Unfortunately you're in good company, as we have a lot of members with your problems. We do share a lot more in common rather than not, so there is a lot of understanding within the group; many of us having chronic pain.
