in Start here and say hello!
Had an above knee amputation of my right leg about 7 weeks ago. Now out of hospital and currently in rehab support centre   
56 tears young, divorced and currently living in St Helens, Merseyside. 
I look forward to getting to know you all and joining in the conversations

    As @chiarieds said I am a below knee amputee lost me leg nearly 3 years ago so I totally understand what you are going through 

    I am 52 and separated mum of 13 year old

     I sure wish I had some support outside family when it happened to me as you don't always want to talk to those closest to you and it is a life changing situation

    I hope your rehab goes well and you are soon back to re starting your life
