Hi peeps I'm roz I love trying to help different causes eg disabity animals human rights I love helping the voiceless and tryi to make a difference there's always someone worse off than yourself

I just recently had my smear and I'm 56 now and really scared of the results is anyone feeling the same how did u feel when the letter comes through the letter box0

HI and welcome,Having had many smear tests myself over the years, there's never been anything wrong. I'm sure everything will be just fine. Try to relax and think of something else, worrying about it will only cause more stress.0

Hello @rockroz53 I’m Emma, one of the Community Champions who are here to help and advise. I know it must be an anxious time for you . Maybe you could have a chat with your practice nurse or doctor just to talk about your concerns? It may help to reassure you.0

Try not to worry if you havent had any concerns and the test is routine then there should be nothing to worry about
