HI and welcome,PIP isn't awarded based on any diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activity based on the PIP descriptors. It will totally depend on how much the stutter affects your daily life. PIP descriptors include things like washing/bathing, dressing/undressing, communicating, preparing food, budgeting, toilet needs etc etc.Without knowing everything about your conditions i would say the a stutter would only affect your communicating. You can have a disability but if you don't fit the PIP descriptors then you won't score the points needed for an award.

Hi and welcome
Pip is about how your disability affects your daily living against a set if descriptors such as preparing food. bathing , eating , dressing , finances , communication, mobility amongst others
We cant really say if you would be eligible
Have a look at the descriptors and see if you think you would score enough points for an award
There are lots of tips in our Pip section0 -
Welcome to the community @hu44! I hope the answers above have been able to help.

That’s a good answer, reply and in the current COVID situation a telephone assessment will or would be beneficial to a claimant. Now with no restrictions in place assessments will no doubt remain phone, or paper based if enough evidence is submitted.0
