    I’m bumping this to remind myself to put my car poppy on my car...I have it ready but haven’t gotten round to putting it on the car!!

    Today we remember those who have lost their life while fighting in combat to protect our freedoms. 

    We owe our way of live to those brave, amazing people.

    I hope you'll all join me for two minutes of silence at 11am.

    The words, 'They are not old, as we that are left grow old.....' are so simple, & yet so much conveyed in those few words.
    I thought today's service at the Cenotaph was also most poignant, yet simple. Yes, the veterans were missed, but we got to hear a few of them reminisce around the country, thankfully. The impact of the service was, I felt, nonetheless still powerful for all it's simplicity. The few who were there were also representing so many.
