Good morning everyone
its a lovely sunny morning I’m so proud off myself I’ve just managed to walk out my front door and to the gate and look at the sky I know it doesn’t sound much but to me it’s a step forward
I just had to tell someone

You should be proud!
I like to garden when I'm able to motivate myself...but sometimes I can only do the back as the front garden sometimes feels too outsidey and scary and I cant face it...0 -
I totally no we’re you are coming from the back garden is my sanctuary as it’s closed in but as you say the front is so open
the only way I can explain it is like being in a fish bowel and everything is going on around me
have you sat in the garden an clear your mind and listen to the birds it works wonders if you listen hard enough you can get the different birds I laughed when someone try it and it definitely works may help you0 -
Well done hopefully this is the beginning and you can do more and more over time, small goals and a step at a time0
-
Really great achievement @lottie2007
I love listening to the birds too.

Good evening everyone
how’s your day been I’ve had a stressful day to day but at least The sun has been shining0 -
Hello @lottie2007 Oh dear, why have you had a stressful one? I hope your night is better.
I'm doing good thank you, plodding along through lockdown helped by cups of tea and biscuits!0 -
Glad you are good
been filling in so many forms page after page it just wears you out snd most of them don’t make any sense oh dear sorry to moan but it’s nice to have a chat
we watching Xmas movies with hot chocolate and naughty chocolate biscuits
cats curled up beside me
you have a lovely evening0 -
Yes it does wear you out. Your hand starts to ache from all the writing, doesn't it! Don't forget if they are benefits claims and you need any help to ask our community. We'd love to support you.
Well that sounds like a lovely plan for the rest of your night, I'm going to go find my cats too soon. One of them had some teeth out last week so he's not been very well, but he's on the up now(and getting very spoilt, being fed roast chicken!)
Take care and talk soon.
